Adding the Dial In Bot

The Zoom dial-in bot is automatically enabled for upcoming zoom meetings. You can view upcoming zoom meetings by clicking Settings > Scheduled Meetings in the sidebar.

Removing the Dial In Bot

If you'd like to remove the dial in bot from joining an upcoming meetings, you can click on the Remove Bots button. This action will ensure that the dial in bot doesn't join the meeting.

You can also click this button if the Kaizan bot is in a currently live meeting to kick the bot out of the meeting. It is usually quicker however for the host of the meeting to kick the bot out if it's not required in a meeting.

Using the Dial In Bot

The Dial In bot joins like any other participant and silently transcribes whats being said in the meeting. After the meeting ends, you'll receive an email from Kaizan that looks like this,

Clicking on the "Review Meeting" button should take you to the details of the call, where, among other things, you can see the transcript that was captured by the Zoom bot.
