The actions section is the place to manage your tasks and actions. Think of it like a ToDo list or task management system structured around your workflow. When you are on a call, Kaizan automatically extracts action items for you, so you don't have to spend time writing these down.

After a call, you can click the email you receive to visit a page to review the actions that Kaizan generated.

When reviewing actions, you have a choice to

  1. Approve them. This moves the action to the Actions section. As the Kaizan AI generates actions for you automatically, we need you to "approve" actions that you want to track.

  2. Delete them. You can also delete actions that you do not want to track.

  3. Menu > Edit Action. By clicking the menu (three dots), you can change the text to say something else.

  4. Menu > Copy Content. To copy the text to the clipboard.

  5. Menu > Go to Interaction. Takes you to the specific interaction (call / email) from which this action was extracted. This is useful to get context around that particular action item.
