Reset or reconnect your account

Kaizan uses OAuth to sign you in via your work email. If you sign in with the wrong account, here's how to reset your authentication and get back in.

Kaizan uses OAuth to sign you in via your work email. If you sign in with the wrong account — for example, using a personal Google account when your organisation uses Microsoft — you'll see an authentication error.

To reset your authentication and sign in again, go to:

When you sign in, make sure to grant Kaizan access to your calendar and inbox so that meeting and email sync work correctly.

Note: If you're signing in with Microsoft, you'll see two options: Work/work and Personal/work. Select Work/work.

If you're still unable to sign in after resetting, contact support@kaizan.ai.
