Kaizan sends three types of email to keep you updated across your client activity. You can choose which emails you receive and, for your post-meeting emails, exactly what they include.
To manage your notifications, select your name in the bottom left of the app, choose My Profile, and scroll to Email notifications.
Post-meeting email
The Post-meeting email arrives after each meeting and summarises what happened. Turn the toggle on to receive it. With the post-meeting email enabled, you can choose which sections it includes.
Turn each section on or off independently:
Key points — the most important takeaways from the meeting
Key themes — topics that shaped the conversation, each with a short summary
Action items — tasks agreed in the meeting, with owners and due dates
Objections — concerns or pushback raised during the meeting
Key moments — the high and low points of the conversation
Turning off sections you don't need keeps the email focused and easier to act on.
Daily prep email
The Daily prep email arrives each morning and covers all client meetings scheduled for that day. Turn the toggle on to receive it.
Weekly summary email
The Weekly summary email arrives every Friday and gives you an overview of client activity across the week. Turn the toggle on to receive it.
