Client 360 pulls together everything Kaizan knows about a client — plus external intelligence about their business, their market, and their competitors. It gives you the context to have conversations that go beyond the work.

To access it, open a client folder and select Client 360. There are four sub-tabs.

Client Summary

The Client Summary tab gives you a company overview — what they do, how they're structured, and their commercial context.

The highlighted block explains specifically how this client's situation intersects with your organisation's work, so you can frame conversations around their priorities rather than your own.

Client News

The Client News tab surfaces recent external coverage of the client and their key stakeholders. The AI breaks down what each development means for your relationship and what to do about it — not just what happened, but the recommended next move.

Competitor Activity

The Competitor Activity tab tracks what the client's competitors are doing. It shows recent moves, emerging threats, and where your client has an advantage — so you can walk into meetings with a view of the market, not just the account.

To add a competitor, select Add Competitor and enter their name and website domain. The AI pre-populates a list based on what it knows about the client, but you can add or remove any entry.

Sector Updates

The Sector Updates tab covers the broader industry trends affecting your client's market. It identifies what's changing, what it means for your client specifically, and how to position your work in that context.

Note: Client 360 updates every 24 hours, drawing on public sources. If any information looks inaccurate, select the link at the bottom of the page to flag it.
