Every meeting in Kaizan has a built-in AI assistant that knows the full context of that call. Use it to write follow-ups, get a quick summary, find out what was agreed, or catch up on a meeting you weren't in.
To access it, open any meeting. The AI chat box sits at the top of the Meeting Overview tab.
Type your question and select Send, or use one of the suggested prompts:
Draft a follow-up email — generates a follow-up based on the meeting's actions and key points
Who said what about… — lets you ask about a specific topic and surface who raised it and what they said
You can ask anything the transcript contains — what was agreed, what concerns were raised, what the next steps are, or what a specific person's position was on a topic.
The AI draws only on the transcript of this specific meeting. For questions that span a client's full history, use Ask Kaizan anything about a client instead.
Note: The more specific your prompt, the more accurate the response. If you use the same format after every call — for example, always asking for a follow-up email in a particular structure — save that as a templated prompt to reuse.
