Kaizan's AI analyses every call for moments where sentiment shifted — flagging what was said, why it matters, and what it means for the relationship. These are called Moments.
To view them, open a meeting and scroll to the Moments section on the Meeting Overview tab, or find them in the right panel of the Transcript and Video tab.
Each Moment is labelled High or Low and includes:
An AI summary of what happened and why it's significant
A direct quote from the transcript
The stakeholder who said it
The products or topics it relates to
High moments signal enthusiasm, validation, or strong buy-in. Low moments flag concerns, friction, or risks that need follow-up.
Moments are tagged by stakeholder and topic, which feeds into your client-level reporting — so over time you can see which areas of the relationship are consistently positive or negative.
Note: Moments currently capture sentiment from all participants on the call, not just client stakeholders.
