Kaizan AI lets you ask questions across everything captured for a client — all past calls, all at once. Use it to prepare for a meeting, get a read on where the relationship stands, or surface risks and opportunities across your full interaction history.

To access it, open a client folder and select the Kaizan AI tab.

Type your question in the text box and press Enter, or select one of the suggested prompts to get started:

  • Recent key moments — what's happened across the last few interactions

  • Communication summary — an overview of how the relationship is tracking

  • Potential risks — anything in the conversation history signalling a problem

  • Required actions — follow-ups that haven't been closed out

  • Expansion opportunities — signals that the client might be ready to grow

At the end of each response, Kaizan AI includes links to the specific meetings where the information came from, so you can verify anything and dig deeper.

The more calls assigned to this folder, the more accurate the answers. If your interaction history looks incomplete, read the article below.

Note: Kaizan AI doesn't process emails by default due to visibility permissions. If you'd like emails included, contact your Kaizan admin.
