The Interactions tab is a full record of every call and email Kaizan has captured for a client — automatically logged, no manual entry needed.
To access it, open a client folder and select Interactions.
Use the tabs at the top to filter by Calls, Emails, or All interactions.
To preview a call without opening it, select the arrow on the left of any row to expand a summary.
To open the full meeting — including transcript, video, actions, and AI analysis — select the row title.
Note: Your visibility of interactions depends on your organisation's permissions. If you can't see a meeting, it may be set to private by the owner.
