Kaizan automatically builds a contact list for every client based on everyone you've called or emailed — so you always know who's involved, how engaged they are, and when you last spoke.

To view it, open a client folder and select the Stakeholders tab.

Each row shows a stakeholder's activity over the last 30 days, their average response time, last contact date, and DISC profile where available. This gives you a quick read on who's engaged and who's gone quiet.

Organise your stakeholders

Three views let you filter who you're looking at:

  • Key stakeholders — the contacts you've flagged as most important to this relationship

  • Client stakeholders — anyone with this client's email domain

  • Other stakeholders — people who've appeared on calls or emails but don't have the client's domain, such as a partner agency or supplier

To set someone's role, select the dropdown in the Stakeholder column and choose from Decision Maker, Champion, Executive Sponsor, or others.

To add a contact manually, select Add stakeholder in the top right.

Note: Kaizan adds stakeholders automatically as new calls and emails come in — you don't need to build this list from scratch.
