Access and navigate a client folder

Find and open any client folder, and understand what each tab shows you about that relationship.

Every client in Kaizan has its own folder where all calls, emails, and AI analysis are stored in one place.

To open a folder, use the search bar at the top of any page — type the client name and select it from the results. You can also open folders you own directly from the left panel under My Clients.

Once inside, the tabs across the top give you access to everything Kaizan has on this client:

  • Overview — AI CSAT score, open actions, client stats, and the latest risks and objections at a glance

  • CARE — the client's overall health score and the signals driving it

  • Interactions — every call and email with this client

  • Kaizan AI — ask questions across all of this client's data

  • Insights — trends and patterns over time

  • Client 360 — a full relationship summary

  • Stakeholders — everyone you've engaged with at this client

  • Objectives — tracked goals for the relationship

  • Products & Services — upsell and expansion signals

  • Documents — files shared with or about this client

To edit the folder name, domain, members, or tiers, select Edit in the top right.

If you can't access a folder, it's either restricted to specific members based on your organisation's settings, or it hasn't been created yet. Contact your Kaizan admin or read the article below.
