Find and organise your calls

Calls that don't match a client domain land in My Comms — your private space for internal meetings, catch-ups, and anything unassigned. Here's how to keep it organised.

Find an unassigned call

  1. Select My Comms from the left panel.

  2. Go to the Unassigned tab — the number of unassigned calls appears in red next to the tab name.

From here you can see all calls that haven't been assigned to a folder yet.

Assign a call to a client or folder

Assigning a call moves it into a client or internal folder, where it contributes to that folder's AI analysis — including chatbot answers and relationship scoring.

  1. Tick the checkbox next to the call you want to move. You can select multiple calls at once.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Assign to client or folder.

  3. Choose the destination folder and select Save.

To delete a call instead, select Delete at the bottom of the page.

Note: Calls left in My Comms are moved to Trash after 30 days.
