Go to app.kaizan.ai.
Select Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft, depending on which workspace your organisation uses.
Sign in with your work email address — personal accounts won't have access.
When prompted, grant Kaizan access to your Calendar and Inbox.
This activates your AI: Kaizan syncs with your calendar to join meetings automatically and pulls in the last 30 days of emails to populate your client folders.
Important: If you skip the calendar and inbox permissions at sign-in, your AI won't be scheduled to join any calls. You can grant access later from My Profile → Sync.
Once signed in, your client dashboard will be populated with accounts. If it's empty, reach out to your Kaizan admin or contact support.
