End of Week Reports

A breakdown of the org's weekly activity

At the end of each week, team leaders will receive a "Weekly Client Status Report" to their inbox.

You can download all of the CX (Client Experience) data from the week, including quantifiable data like:

  • including number of calls

  • emails sent/received

  • average response time

  • talk time on calls between you and the client

  • decision maker coverage

  • risks and products/services mentioned

This also includes a breakdown of any decision makers you haven't interacted with in the last 30 days as a reminder.
