If you have CSL access in Kaizan, you will also be able to view Insights Hub.

This allows you to see data across all clients in one place and filter through them with your bespoke tiering.

You can see:

  • Low Sentiment Moments by Client

  • High Sentiment Moments by Client

  • Low Sentiment Moments by Product/Service

  • High Sentiment Moments by Product/Service

  • Time Spent in Communications

  • Total Communications by Channel

  • Risk Phrase Volume Analysis

  • Risk Phrase Volume by Client
