High + Low Sentiment Moments

Kaizan’s AI will highlight any moments of interest where a speaker’s sentiment is either low or high, thereby spotlighting potential risks or opportunities.

At the Meeting Overview page, beneath the video player is “Moments”.

Kaizan’s AI will tag moments which demonstrate High or Low sentiment from client stakeholders and give you the option to click and play these back.

To watch them, simply click the small play button on the left and play on the video player.

The AI will also label these moments, by stakeholder and topic, so you can see which products/services and topics are responsible for high and low sentiment in the insights reporting.

If you star these moments, you can also save them to the Client Page so they’re visible to everyone!

The number of High and Low sentiment moments from calls in the last 30 days will also be flagged in the Client Dashboard, so you can immediately see how client sentiment is averaging by moments.

If there are no High or Low sentiment moments tagged in the call, the below message will appear:
