Who receives meeting summaries?

Understanding who receives a Kaizan meeting summary

A meeting summary is only sent to your approved Kaizan users who were on the meeting invite.

A summary is not sent to clients, or other call participants, and is not shared with organisation members if they do not have a Kaizan account.

If the AI Meeting Assistant is tied to multiple calendar events (via multiple users), multiple work interactions are created and deduplicated afterwards. An output is then generated for the deduplicated work interaction and is sent to all users involved. You won't get a Meeting Assistant per user, only per organisation.

Therefore everyone receives the same summary + transcript.

Every user will have a transcript which covered the entire call (or for the duration that the bot was on the call) even if they only joined 5/10 minutes into the call.

Kaizan users are able to forward meeting summaries from their inbox, but cannot grant a non-Kaizan user access to the app.

Sharing call videos

To share a video with clients or non-Kaizan users, access the meeting summary within the Kaizan app. Then, you select the "Make Public" toggle above a video recording (switching it from red to green) and "Copy Video URL".

Now, when you share the URL, a non-Kaizan user would be able to view it.
