When you sign in to Kaizan, you log in via OAuth using your work email. If you don't use the correct email - such as signing in to Google when your company has a Microsoft account - you'll see the below message.

This link will allow you to sign in again. When you sign in, remember to grant Kaizan access to your calendar and inbox!
N.B. Microsoft Teams provides two options when signing in:
Work/work
Personal/work
Make sure to hit the "work/work" option when signing in.
