Naming your AI and altering preset settings

In your Organisation's Settings, you can make some changes to your AI:

  • You can change the name of your org's AI bot that joins calls

  • You can also change the welcome message the bot drops in the chat whenever it joins a virtual call

  • You can upload an image for the bot, such as your company logo

  • Bulk change which calls the AI joins for your organisation

You can also change your settings so that email content is also included in chatbot and client insights.

N.B. we recommend talking to us before doing this - this will include all email content with clients, which is not visible to other users, as context for responses.
