In Organisation's Settings, Admins can make changes to the organisation's AI.
In the bottom left of the app, select your name and head to "Organisation Settings":

You can change the name of your AI Assistant when it joins calls, the message it sends into the call chat, and the image of the bot. For the Bot Image, follow these guidelines:
The image should be in jpeg format.
The image should be 16:9 and the recommended resolution is 1280x720.
The maximum size is 1.3MB, though we recommend attaching smaller images if possible.
Export at high quality (JPEG quality 85-95).
If your image includes text, use bolder fonts with a minimum size of 50px. Larger is generally better.
Use solid colours and minimal gradients (or avoid if possible).
Design the image at 2560 × 1440 (or larger) and then downscale it to 1280 × 720. The algorithm matters: Avoid bilinear (“nearest”) if you can.
You can change the organisation's preset AI settings, dictating when the AI can and can't join calls.
This setting overrides the individual's settings, so if the org has turned off the AI for "Other" meetings, a user will have to manually send the AI into any of their "Other" calls - the AI won't automatically join.
