How to keep track of your organisation's activity

With Kaizan's "Activity Feed" you have real-time access to all client calls happening in your company.

In the lefthand menu panel, hit "Activity Feed" beneath "Organisation". This feed is populated with a chronological list of the latest calls across your organisation - so you can quickly see what's going on or access recent calls.

Once a call is completed, the meeting summary will appear in this feed. From this view you can see:

  • Date/time of the call

  • Call attendees

  • Client folder assigned

  • Snapshot of action points

To access the call, simply click the meeting.
