Trashed calls and emails are moved to your personal trash folder for 30 days in case you want to restore them.
Then, they're deleted permanently from your app.
In the database (or the backend) we retain the data for 90 days in case an organisation ever needs it restored.
If you want something permanently deleted sooner, just let us know!
Restoring Trashed Items
To view or restore your deleted items, open the menu panel and hit "Trash".
There are two subsections in Trash:
Clients (including any client pages or internal folders)
Calls and Emails
To restore these, hit the relevant section.
Then hit the yellow "Restore" button on the right hand side. For clients/folders, this will move them back to the Dashboard/Your Folders. Calls or emails will be moved back into "Your Calls/Emails".
