There are two options for adding clients to your Kaizan:
1) Kaizan uploads them for you.
You can list your clients into an onboarding sheet and the team will upload these for you in the backend. Ask your account manager for more details.
2) Upload them yourself.
Head to "Dashboard" and hit the yellow "Add Client" button.
Then, you can:
Enter the name of the client.
Select who can see this client with the "Visibility" bar. Set to "Team" for everyone (depending on your folder permissions) or to "Private".
For "Private" client folders, you should then add the appropriate "Members" to this box - dictating who else can see this client.
If you're unsure about your folder permissions, please reach out to your account manager.
Select which tiers they apply to.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: Enter the client domain(s). Make sure to enter the domain that comes after the @ symbol with the client.
Do NOT enter a stakeholder's full email address.
