There are two options for adding clients to your Kaizan:
1) Kaizan uploads them for you.
You can list your clients in an onboarding sheet and the Kaizan team will upload these for you in the backend. Ask your account manager for more details.
2) Upload them yourself.
Head to "Dashboard" and hit the yellow "Add Folder" button.
Then, you:
Enter the name of the client.
Select the folder type: Client.
Add the appropriate Tiers to the client folder.
Depending on your organisation's settings, you select either who can see the client folder or who will receive notifications/insights about the client by adding "Members".
If you're unsure about your folder permissions, please reach out to your account manager.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: Enter the client domain(s). Make sure to enter the domain that comes after the @ symbol with the client.
Do NOT enter a stakeholder's full email address.

Once finished, hit "Save Folder".
