Creating Folders and Changing Visibility

How to set up and organise your internal folders

For calls which aren't automatically assigned to client pages, you may want to create internal folders:

  • Head to the Client Dashboard.

  • Click the grey button in the top right: “Add Folder”.

  • Here, you can name your folder and set its visibility to either:

    • Private 🔒 (for your eyes only)

    • Team 👥 (shared with and accessible for other members in your org)

  • Once created, this folder will appear under the "Your Folders" tab in the menu panel on the left side.

Once you’ve created a Team Folder, you can also change who has access. Click on the folder and hit the blue “Edit Folder” button in the top right.

When the Folder is accessible for the team, you'll see the below message.

From here, you can hit the box next to "Owners" and add in colleagues - then, this folder will also appear in their app and they will be able to see all calls and emails in this channel.
