Kaizan also behaves as a central repository for all your client communication; you don't have to worry about anything slipping through the cracks! All comms are stored in the 2nd tab - "Interactions".

When a client is identified in Kaizan, all correspondence from this email domain (both calls and emails) will be automatically assigned to that client page.

For example, any interaction with a stakeholder from @kaizan.ai would move a call or email thread into the Kaizan client page. From here, you can find these calls and emails in "Interactions".

Your visibility of interactions will depend on your organisation's permissions, however you will never be able to see email threads or content which is not addressed to your email.

Emails pulled from a colleague's inbox will feature this message:

  • "Content hidden as this email was imported from a team member's inbox."
