Overview Tab

What information is shared in the overview tab?

The "Overview" tab provides a snapshot of your client account.

This includes:

  • The "Relationship Score" breakdown of which 8 factors are on- or off-track.

  • Spotlighting recent moments of interest from calls with the relevant meeting links like Objections, Questions Asked, Low/High Sentiment Moments

  • Actions which are saved to the client page (any starred actions kept here)

  • A summary of discussion related to any of your listed Products & Services, with the average sentiment (Positive/Neutral/Negative) and the percentage of talk time across comms

    • E.g. coverage 22% = this topic has been discussed for 22% of call time
