If you haven't installed the browser extension yet, you can do it here.

Once you've installed the browser extension, when you join a google meet next, you'll see a bar appear on the top-right side of your screen. It'll look something like this,

  1. Click the Sign In button to sign into Kaizan if you're not already signed in.

  2. On the page that appears, click on "Sign In with Google"

  3. Come back to the meeting and you should see a widget where the Sign In button used to be

Congratulations! You are now signed in and ready to use Kaizan!

How it works

Automated notes

With Kaizan now active, you'll receive an AI-generated summary of your call and summaries of each five minutes of dialogue. This is emailed to you after the call and can be found in the webapp.

Writing Manual notes

You can take notes during calls to capture any information about the call. Simply click the second icon which will open up a panel where you can type in any notes. These notes are saved against the call in your dashboard so you can go back to them.

Options button

You can click on the three dots to turn Kaizan off for meetings where you don't want your AI available to take notes, and also to direct you to your Kaizan account page.
